About….well, that is a bit general, now isn’t it?

About Wudchuk the name – its a nickname that I really had very little part in creating, other than existing and doing the things I do. If you really want to know, I’m sure Belinda or Spanki will tell you if you deliver them a tied up Hugh Jackman.

About the blog, well originally I did it to catalog my workouts and fitness goals, but after doing that for a few days, I decided to start writing about other stuff.

About the ‘Family Tab’ on this site – the password is the Nickname that I was given at my first job out of college – make sure you capitalize it. I don’t want any joker having acess to my family stuff. Anyone who knows me well enough to look at my family stuff, should know this. If you don’t remember, drop me an email.
